参松养心胶囊对急性心肌梗死患者室性心律失常及心电图QT离散度的影响
The Influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsules on Ventricular Arrhythmia and Electrocardiogram QT Dispersion of Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Shensong Yangxin Capsules (SSYXC) on ventricular arrhythmia and electrocardiogram QT dispersion of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:Sixty-two patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.Based on the conventional thrombolytic therapy,the control group was given metoprolol treatment,the observation group was added SSYXC based on the treatment of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were observed,their ventricular arrhythmia 24 hours and 7 days after the treatment respectively,and ECG QTd changes before and after the treatment were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 87.10％,while that of the control group was 64.52％,and the difference in clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in the obseryation group after 24 hours and 7 days respectively after the treatment was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After taking drugs,the QTd interval in two groups decreased,and all the differences between each two-time point were significant (P ＜ 0.05).After 24 hours' and 7 days' treatment respectively,the observation group's ECG QTd interval was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:SSYXC can significantly reduce the incidence of ventricular arrhythmia in patients with AMI,shorten the QTd interval,the efficacy is significant and safe.关键词
