丹红注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病临床研究
The Clinical Research into Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease Treated with Danhong Injection

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Danhong Injection on chronic pulmonary heart disease and its influence the patients' blood rheology.Methods:Eighty patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease who were treated in our hospital between Jan.2013 and Jan.2014 were chosen as the research subjects,and divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group 90％,while that of the control group was 67.5％,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,the whole blood high viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit and fibrinogen levels of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,its blood-qi analysis indexes were all better than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chronic pulmonary heart disease,can improve the hypercoagulable state of patients.关键词
