微创引流术联合中药治疗高血压脑出血临床研究
The Clinical Research into Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage Treated with Minimally Invasive Soft Drainage in Combination with TCM

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of minimally invasive soft drainage in combination with TCM on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:One hundred and two patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with minimally invasive drainage,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of the control group.Then the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Their hematoma volume and neurological deficit score were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate of the control group was 74.51％,while that of the observation group was 94.12％,and the difference in the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).After the treatment,the hematoma volume and neurological deficit score of the two groups were better than those before the treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:In terms of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,minimally invasive soft drainage in combination with TCM can promote the absorption of hematoma,reduce the damage of nerve function and improve the clinical curative effect.关键词
