Sixty Cases of Functional Dyspepsia of Dynamic Obstacle Type Treated with Qizhi Weitong Granules in Combination with Mosapride

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Qizhi Weitong Granules (QZWTG) in combination with mosapride on functional dyspepsia of dynamic obstacle type.Methods:Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia who were treated in our hospital between June 2014 and June 2016 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given mosapride for oral administration,while the ones in the treatment group were added QZWTG based on the treatment of the control group.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33％,while that of the control group was 70％,and the treatment group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After the treatment,the clinical symptom scores and the gastrointestinal motility index in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:QZWTG in combination with mosapride has a remarkable clinical curative effect on functional dyspepsia of dynamic obstacle type.关键词
