中药外敷联合冷敷治疗桡骨远端骨折手法复位后早期肿胀临床研究
The Clinical Research into Early Swelling After Distal Radius Fracture Manipulative Reduction Treated with External Application of Chinese Medicine in Combination with Cold Compress

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress on early swelling after distal radius fracture manipulative reduction.Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The ones in the control group were given routine medicine treatment after manipulative reduction operation,while the ones in the treatment group were added external application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress based on the treatment of the control group.The swelling degrading and pain relief were recorded after the patients were treated for 3 days,5 days and 7 days respectively;the curative effects were determined.Results:The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.5％,while that of the control group was 70％,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P ＜ 0.01).On the 3rd day,5th day and 7th day respectively after the treatment,the pain degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:External application of Chinese medicine in combination with cold compress has a remarkable clinical curative effect on early swelling after distal radius fracture manipulative reduction,can improve the patients' clinical symptoms.关键词
