生脉方联合化疗对中晚期胃癌CT影像的影响
The Influence of Pulse-Engendering Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on CT Image of Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To observe the CT image change in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with Pulse-Engendering Decoction combined with chemotherapy.Methods:Ninety-six patients patients with advanced gastric cancer diagnosed by surgery and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.All the patients were treated with DOF regimen,and given 40ml of Pulse-Engendering Decoction into 250ml of sodium chloride injection with 0.9％ concentration for intravenous drip.All the patients were treated with CT scanning before and after treatment to observe the effect of changes in imaging.Results:After the treatment,among the 96 cases,there were 11 cases of complete remission,22 cases of partial remission,43 cases of stability,and 20 cases of progress,and the effective rate was 34.38％.The imaging changes of CT in all patients after the treatment were significantly improved compared with before the treatment,and the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Under CT,the incidence of tumor shrinkage which was more than 50％ volume was 28.12％,while that of tumor shrinkage which was less than 49％ volume was 44.79％,and the incidence rate of tumor proliferation was 27.09％.Conclusion:In the CT image monitoring,Pulse-Engendering Decoction combined with chemotherapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on advanced gastric cancer,and CT can dynamically detect the progress of gastric cancer.关键词
