吲哚美辛联合清胰汤预防ERCP术后胰腺炎临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of indometacin in combination with Pancreas-Clearing Decoction on post-ERCP pancreatitis.Methods:One hundred and sixty-eight patients with choledocholith who were treated in our hospital between Jan.2014 and Oct.2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the research group and the control group,with 86 and 82 cases respectively in each group.The ones in the control group were given a placebo 30 minutes before surgery,while the ones in the research group were given 100mg of indometacin 30 minutes before surgery,and Modified PancreasClearing Decoction 24 hours after the surgery.Results:The incidence rate of pancreatitis in the research group was 2.3％ (2 cases),while that of the control group was 14.6％ (12 cases),the research group was better than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).12,24,48 and 72 hours after the surgery,the research group's serum amylase level was better than that of the control group(P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Indometacin in combination with Pancreas-Clearing Decoction can effective prevent post-ERCP pancreatitis.关键词
