热敷法治疗便秘的药物研究现状

摘要
Abstract
The medicinal for constipation by using hot compress method mainly include the following 5 kinds:cathartic medicinals;medicinals for warming the interior and dispersing cold;medicinals for regulating qi;medicinals for invigorating qi;medicinals for enriching blood.Some drugs have been used to study the movement of small intestine in vivo of animals.The animal research by using hot compress method for constipation includes in vitro experiments and in vivo experiments.The results have shown that not all the medicinals for constipation by using hot compress method can promote bowel movements,some drugs have inhibitory effect,some drugs showe a two-way effect.Some medicinals have only carried out in vitro experiments,and shown gastrointestinal motility promoting function of animals in vitro.However,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine is complex,its role in the overall situation may be not the same as that in vitro.The mechanism of oral administration and external application may be different.The study of the treatment of constipation with drug hot compress is still at the initial stage,and its clinical research and animal research should be further and deeply developed.关键词
