桑中氧化白藜芦醇的研究进展
The Research Progress of Oxyresveratrol
摘要
Abstract
Oxyresveratrol,as a kind of natual polyphenol compounds,has many pharmacological activities.In this paper,the recent advances on oxyresveratrol were summarized to fully develop its application in medicine,health care cosmetics and food field.Oxyresveratrol currently produced from the main source of natural plant extraction,chemical synthesis and biotransfonation,can quickly be absorbed by the body.Low blood concentration of it can inhibit tumor,tyrosinase,obesity,and neuroprotective effects.关键词
