中药辅助治疗老年髋部骨折的用药规律研究
Analysis on Medication Rule in Herbal Prescriptions for Hip Fracture in the Elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the medication rule in herbal prescriptions for hip fracture in the elderly.Methods:Herbal prescriptions for hip fracture were searched from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP and Wanfang database,from January 2011 to 2016.We used Chinese Medicine inheritance support system (TCMISS) to analyze the frequency,four natures,five flavors,meridian entry,plant classification of drugs,and the association rules between drugs.Results:Based on the analysis of 202 herbal prescriptions,herbs used with high frequency were Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis),Honghua (Flos Carthami),Chishao (Radix Paeoniae Rubra),Xuduan (Radix dipsaci),Gucuibu (Rhizoma drynariae),Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong),Niuxi (Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae),Taoren (Semen persicae),Baishao (Radix paeoniae alba),Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae),Shudihuang (Radix rehmanniae preparata),Huanqi (Radix astragali),et al.Four natures of drugs mainly consist of warmth,neutral and coolness.Five flavors of drugs mainly consist of bitter,sweet and pungent.Meridian entryse mainly consist of liver,spleen,kidney and heart.Plant classification of drugs were mainly consist of Apiaceae,Ranunculaceae,Asteraceae and Fabaceae.Conclusion:The common Chinese medicines used for hip fracture include blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicine,blood-tonifying and Qi-tonifying medicing.The method of treatment for hip fracture are to activate blood and resolve stasis,tonify qi and blood.Besides,reinforcing qi and activating blood tends to be the therapeutic principle for the hip fractures in the elderly during perioperative period.关键词
