针灸治疗2型糖尿病的取穴规律研究
Study on Rule of Acupuncture Points of Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the role of acupuncture points of treatment of type 2 diabetes to provide a basis for clinical.Methods:The 22 kinds of ancient literature and 25 Modem Journal magazine retrieval were analyzed and summarized for rule of acupuncture point.Results:There are 108 original ancient literature,with a total of 45 points,123 times,and single point frequency of the top 5 are "Chengjiang (CV24)" (9.75％),"Shuigou (GV26)" (8.13％),"Zhonglushu (BL29)" (5.69％),"Yishe (BL49)" (4.87％),and "Rangu (KI2)" (4.06％) and " Yishu (EX-B5)" (4.06％);There were 393 modem literatures retrieved,with a total of 60 points,370 times,and single point frequency of the top 5 are "Yishu (EX-B5)" (8.65％),"Zusanli (ST36)" (8.11％),"Sanyinjiao (SP6)"(8.11％),"Pishu (BL20)"(8.11％) and "Shenshu (BL23)"(5.95％).Conclusion:Yang meridians are important for treatment of type 2 diabetes,and the meridians are bladder taiyang meridian and Ren meridian;the back shu,the front mu and lower extremity acupoints are important,especially "Yishu (EX-B5)","Shenshu (BL23)" and "Guanyuan (CV4)".关键词
