Abstract
"Regulation on Coastline Protection and Utilization Management"is the first regulatory document,which was set up specifically for the coastline management.This paper introduced the background of how the regulation came into effect,analyzed the important measures of the pro-tection and utilization of the coastline:the natural shoreline retention rate control system and the classification system of the coastline were put forward,the natural shoreline protection and utili-zation of the annual plan management was implemented,the five-year plan and annual plan of na-tional and provincial coastline remediation repair were compiled and the national coastline renova-tion project library was established.Moreover,the role and significance of the regulation on the coastline protection was interpreted and suggestions on strengthening the coastline protection and utilization management were proposed,by establishing and improving the supporting system,con-stantly improving the technical standards system and carrying out the special action of coastline protection management .关键词
