摘要
Abstract
The competition between modern enterprises is not the competition of products,but the competition of business models.Business model is very important for enterprise's long-term sus-tainable development and construction of core competitiveness.Nowadays,there are some problems existing in the traditional aquacultural enterprises:inefficient production of marine fish-ery,insufficient investment in science and technology,low informationalized level,homogeneity competition,etc..The business models of marine fishery enterprises need to be innovated to adapt to new environment.The key driving element of business model innovation,embedded service,in-cluding the services embedded of R & D stage,the production stage,the sales phase of the whole process,was put forward in this paper.Its impact on business model innovation mechanism was interpreted.The feasible new direction for China's traditional agricultural enterprises'successful upgrading was provided in the paper based on the case studies of Laizhou,Weihai and Zhoushan, which have showed that Internet thinking and service awareness should be a prerequisite for the development of business models in contemporary marine fishery enterprises.关键词
