Abstract
Genetic diversity is the important basis for evaluation of natural biological resources, which can provide theory support for conservation,breeding and genetic improvement of genetic resources,as well as making protection measures to protected species.Shandong nearby national marine ecological special reserve is the only national marine protected areas taking tamarix as the main object of protection and management.The genetic diversity of 30 tamarix samples were ana-lyzed by using ISSR molecular markers,to understand the genetic structure,diversity,germplasm resources and corresponding protection measures of avoiding transplanting from outside areas,con-troling human activities and carrying out genetic diversity research,according to the results.It also will provide theoretical basis to formulate rational and effective ecosystem protection strategies.关键词
