Advances on Related Genes at the onset of Puberty for Mammals
摘要
Abstract
Puberty is the key stage of reproductive ability in livestock.Both normal and abnormal puberty of the central source are determined by genetic factors.Puberty is a complex character determined by polygenes.This review introduced the association between Lin28,KiSS-1/GPR54,Leptin,NKB and onset of puberty and the related gene screening on the onset of puberty in mammals.It provides a useful reference for the study on major gene of the puberty onset in mammals.关键词
