牦牛KLF2基因功能区克隆及组织表达分析
Cloning and Tissue Expression Analysis of KLF2 Gene Domian in Yak
摘要
Abstract
The aim of this study was to clone yak KLF2 gene domain,clarify its expression characterization in different tissues and reveal the correlation between gene expression and IMF (intramuscular fat).The Reverse Transcription PCR (RT-PCR) was used to clone Maiwa yak KLF2 gene domain,the quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) was used to detect the expression level of KLF2 gene in various tissues.The results showed that the sequence of yak KLF2 gene domain was 454 bp (GenBank accession number: KX395178),contained three KLFs family typical zinc finger domains;The mRNA expression level of KLF2 was high in liver and adipose tissue,which is significantly higher than in other tissues (P<0.01);The mRNA expression level of KLF2 was significantly correlated with longissimus IMF content (P<0.01,R=0.885).This study speculated that KLF2 may be a candidate gene of yak meat quality traits.关键词
