摘要

Abstract

Height of a high rise building is 216.4 m,which is a building with hotels and offices.The bearing stratum of this project is not very well with ups and downs.Piles with man-excavated shaftare adopted in order to control the quality.A new scheme that the oval piles are directly below the main structural members are proposed,which is reasonable in design and convenient in construction and being worth of promotion.This paper presents the connected corridor,the joints connectinga concrete beam and steel tube columnand the design key of the pile with man-excavated shaft,which offers reference for other similar projects.
