Calculation Method of Shear Capacity of Frame Connection with CFCT Columns
摘要
Abstract
Concrete filled circular steel tube (CFCT) columns,which behaved in high loading capacity and ductile manner,could be conveniently connected with reinforced concrete beams,steel beams,steel-concrete composite beams,and steel reinforced concrete beams to form a frame structures for different function.The shear resistance of the frame connections was composed of concrete core,circular steel tube,and stiffening rib,and also affected by the axial load.The shear-resistant mechanism of the frame connection with CFCT columns were summarized based on the available research results,and the calculation method of different shear-resistant parts of the connection was also proposed.Based on the test results,a calculation method of shear capacity of frame connection with CFCT columns was established for considering the effect of axial load.The calculation results were validated by the test results in available references.关键词
