黄芪多糖和枯草芽孢杆菌代谢产物在PK-15细胞上对TGEV的影响
Effects of Metabolites of Astragalus polysaccharide and Bacillus subtilis on TGEV of PK-15

Abstract
In order to study the effects of metabolic products of astragalus polysaccharide and Bacillus subtilis on anti-infectious gastroenteritis virus (TGEV) in PK-15 cells,metabolites of Bacillus subtilis,Astragalus polysaccharides and complexes were added to TGEV infected PK-15 cells.MTT assay was used to detect viral inhibition rate.The effects of the metabolic products of Bacillus subtilis and Astragalus polysaccharide on TGEV N and IFN-γ mRNA expression were detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR.The results showed that metabolites of Bacillus subtilis had anti-TGEV effect,Astragalus polysaccharide could inhibit TGEV infection of PK-15 cells individually,and viral inhibition rate increased significantly after the union.The results of fluorescence quantitative PCR showed that expression of TGEV N gene in PK-15 cells treated by the joint was significantly de creased,expression of IFN-γ mRNA in PK-15 cells was significantly increased in 3 h and 6 h.Metabolic products of Bacillus subtilis have significant anti-TGEV effect on PK-15 cell platforms,and Astragalus polysaccharide also has a remarkable anti-TGEV effect.关键词
