Professor CAI Shengchao in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with ring arm eight needle
摘要
Abstract
Professor CAI Shengchao thinks that the scapulohumeral periarthritis is the insufficiency of vital qi and evil enough of the disease. Pathogenesis of scapulohumeral periarthritis is mainly about the"liver and kidney deficiency and the outside invasion", the treatment principle is"invigorating part and remove the excess part". Professor CAI Shengchao treats this disease combined with staging and syndrome differentiation, emphasizes pathogeny and disease location and uses special skill of acupoint selection and reinforcing and reducing methods. According to the period of onset of scapulohumeral periarthritis and its pathological characteristics was be divided into three stages, in the period of pain, the first task is to activating meridians to stop pain and quicken the blood and disperse swelling; The adhesion period of treatment is relieve spasm; the method of paracmasis are nourishing liver tendons and tonifying the kidney and bone. The 3 stages all use the "ring arm eight needle" as the main method, and cooperate with each period by reinforcing and reducing manipulations.关键词
