益气活血通络汤合替罗非班治疗急性非ST段抬高心肌梗死伴糖尿病安全性及对血流动力学的影响
Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with tirofiban on the safety and hemodynamic parameters of diabetic patients with acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with tirofiban on the safety and hemodynamic parameters of acute non-ST elevation myocardial infarction with diabetes patients mellitus. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each groups of 60 cases, they were given Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with tirofiban treatment and treatment alone with tirofiban. Compared two groups before and after treatment in patients with cardiac function index atrial brain natriuretic peptide (BNP), left ventricular function (LVEF), left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular systolic diameter (LVESD) and hemodynamic parameters at the end of the cardiac index (CI), central venous pressure (CVP), peripheral vascular resistance index (SVRI), mean arterial pressure (MAP); Comparing two groups of patients with cardiac adverse events and complications. Results Compared between the two groups, observation group after treatment the BNP, LVEDD, LVESD significantly lower than control group (P<0.05), and LVEF was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);Observation group after treatment, CI, CVP, SVRI, MAP the indicators were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05); Observation group, the incidence of MACE (10.0%) and complications (15.0%) were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with tirofiban can obviously improve the non-st elevation acute myocardial infarction patients with diabetes with hemodynamic state, which would be helpful to the recovery of cardiac function, and significantly reduce the risk of cardiac complications and bleeding, and the security is higher.关键词
