黄芪注射液对慢性心力衰竭病人生存质量及N-末端脑钠肽前体的影响
Effect of astragalus injection on the quality of life and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide in patients with chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of astragalus injection on the quality of life and N-terminal pro brain natriuretic peptide (NT-pro BNP) in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30) according to age, sex and stage. The two groups were given western medicine standardized treatment. The treatment group was treated with intravenous injection of astragalus injection on the basis of western medicine standardized treatment. To observe patients the changes of 6 minutes walking distance (6MWD) and NT-pro BNP levels before and after treatment in the two groups. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the walking distance of the patients in the two groups increased significantly (P<0.01), but the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). Two groups of patients after treatment NT-pro BNP were significantly decreased, the treatment group was slightly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Astragalus injection combined with western medicine standardized treatment for the treatment of chronic heart failure can improve the quality of life with reduced NT-pro BNP levels.关键词
