益气温经养血活血方对复发性流产妇女子宫内膜及卵巢血流动力学的影响
Effects of Yiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue decoction on endometrial and ovarian hemodynamics in recurrent miscarriage women

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue decoction on endometrial and ovarian hemodynamics in recurrent miscarriage women. Methods 90 patients with recurrent miscarriage women were randomly divided into control group and observation group, each group of 45 cases. The control group was given western medicine treatment, the observation group was given Yiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue decoction , compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, endometrial and ovarian hemodynamics changes. Results The control group of TCM symptoms of the total effective rate was 71.11% , the observation group of TCM symptoms of the total effective rate was 88.89%, TCM symptoms total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment of uterine artery, PSV and EDV of endometrium and ovarian arteries were higher, the observation group than the control group compared with the above indexes increase more apparent, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Compared two groups after treatment than before treatment in patients with uterine artery intimal arterial RI and PI and ovarian artery RI are low, the observation group was more obvious lower than the above indexes, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy ofYiqi Wenjing Yangxue Huoxue decoction in the treatment of recurrent miscarriage was significantly better than conventional western medicine and improve the patient' s endometrial and ovarian hemodynamics.关键词
