Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu detoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with with high level of homocysteine. Methods Selected 40 cases of coronary heart disease with stable type angina pectoris (TCM syndrome differentiation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type) were randomly divided into control group (20 cases) and observation group (20 cases). Patients in the control group were given aspirin, statins and nitrates, the patients in the observation group were given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction, continuous treatment for 2 months. The clinical symptoms, treadmill exercise, TCM syndrome, homocysteine levels were observed and analyzed. Results 1) Control group and observation group both can improve clinical symptoms, and the Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group was better than the control group. 2) Control group and observation group both can improve the results of the treadmill exercise test, and the total effective rate of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction group was 85%, which was better than the control group, the difference is statistically significant. 3) Determination of evaluating curative effect by TCM symptom integral, integral decline in observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). 4) Compared the two groups before and after treatment the blood homocysteine levels, the observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with with high level of homocysteine better than pure western medicine, relieve clinical symptoms, improve treadmill exercise result and lower TCM symptom score and lower blood levels of homocysteine,is safe and without side effects.关键词
