Elderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture by integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of elderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture by Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients with thoracolumbar compression fractures were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the observation group uses the integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, the control group was treated with Xi Lebao and other antiinflammatory painkillers ran back, and forth muscles in the later stage. Compare clinical curative effect, the imaging parameters before and after the treatment, VAS scores before and after the treatment, the changes of vertebral body compression ratio and reduction ratio, the quality of life scores after treatment of the two groups. Results The control group clinical total effective rate was 78.57%, significantly less than the observation group (92.11%) ; The Cobb' s Angle, height of injured vertebral front of two groups after treatment were significantly less than before (P<0.05); the VAS score, vertebral reset rate, compression rate after treatment of observation group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05); The patients life quality evaluation scale of each dimension score after treatment of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrated therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on eliderly patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal compression fracture get distinct clinical curative effect, The recovery of vertebral body is ideal, and the quality of patients is significantly improved after treatment.关键词
