摘要

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the correlation between microbleeds and white matter lesions in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Two hundred patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were included in the study and they were examined with magnetic resonance T2 weighted imaging. They were grouped into microbleeds complicated group (90 cases) and simple ischemia group (110 cases).White matter lesions of all patients were scored, and the general data of the two groups were recorded. The incidence and score of white matter lesions were compared. The correlation between microbleeds and white matter lesions in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease was analyzed. Results: The proportions of patients with hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia were shown no significant differences between the two groups (P>0.05).The incidence of white matter lesions and score of white matter lesions in microbleeds complicated group were significantly higher than those in simple ischemia group(P<0.05).With the aggravation of high signal of periventricular and deep white matter high signal, the detection rate of microbleeds increased. The number of microbleeds in deep or cortical cerebral was positively correlated with the severity of cerebral white matter lesions (r=0.487, r=0.461) and the severity of cerebral white matter lesions (r=0.390, r=0.371).Conclusion: Cerebral white matter lesions are closely associated with microbleeds in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. The detection rate of microbleeds increases with the aggravation of cerebral white matter lesions, and the number of microbleeds at different sites is positively correlated with the severity of cerebral white matter lesions.
