责任制护理干预用于缺血性脑血管病患者的护理效果
Nursing efficacy of responsibility nursing intervention in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease

Abstract
Objective To study nursing efficacy of responsibility nursing intervention in treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected as research objects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method, with 42 cases per group, all patients underwent interventional therapy.The observation group was given responsibility nursing intervention, while the control group was given routine nursing intervention.The clinical situation, metal state examination scale(MMSE), dementia rating scale (CDR), blood pressure(Bp), c-reactive protein(CRP), cholesterol (CH), Carotid artery-intima media thickness(C-IMT), triglyceride(TG), complication and satisfaction were compared.Results The hospitalization time and the treatment cost in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group, and the compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment, MMSE and CDR in the observation group were lower than that in the control groups (P<0.05);The levels of Bp, CRP, CH, C-IMT and TG were decreased in the two groups, but the physiological indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Responsibility nursing intervention can significantly improve the nursing effect, compliance, cognitive function and physiological indicators, and reduce the incidence of complications, and it is worthy of application promotion.关键词
