摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ICU nursing communication in reducing the accident of non coma patients with malignant tumor.Methods A total of 80 non coma patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, were given tracheal intubation for the two groups.The control group was given conventional nursing, and the observation group was given strengthened nursing communication based on the control group, and psychological stress reaction, the incidence of accidental extubation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than that in the control group, the incidence of ICU syndrome was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of accidental extubation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical significant difference (P>0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the condition of disease guarantee, access to information and acceptance in the observation group were higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ICU nursing communication can significantly reduce psychological stress reaction in non coma patients with malignant tumor, reduce the incidence of accidental extubation, and improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
