智慧车间信息感知与分析系统
Wisdom workshop information perception and analysis system
摘要
Abstract
In order to satisfy the high demand for data acquisition and information interaction in the wisdom workshop management system,take the LabVIEW software as development platform.Through the combination of the Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) and serial communication,using technology of calling dynamic library to implement parallel multichannel data acquisition.The feasibility of the data collection method is verified by the experiments.The results showed that the workshop information perception and analysis system,based on LabVIEW,about workshop environment monitoring,production condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment is effective to deal with various data,analysis,real-time display and storage.The experiment has a certain reference value to optimization of furture wisdom workshop management system.关键词
