槟榔内生真菌的分离与初步鉴定
Isolation and Preliminary Identification of Endophytic Fungi from Arecanut (Areca catechu)

Abstract
In order to understand the diversity of endophytic fungi in arecanut (Areca catechu L.),we used tissue block culture method to isolate and identify 47 endophytic fungal strains from the mot,leaf and flower of arecanut,amplified the rDNA-ITS sequence of these strains,and constructed their phylogenetic tree.The results showed that the obtained 47 endophytic fungal strains belonged to 8 genera,including Penicillium,Fusarium,Phyllosticta,Curvularia,Nigrospora,Colletotrichum,Acremonium and Exserohilum.Among these genera,Penicillium and Fusarium were the dominant genera,and the endophytic fungal strains in these 2 genera accounted for 31.91% and 27.66% of total isolated strains,respectively.关键词
