商南县移民搬迁绩效评估研究
Study on Performance Evaluation of Resettlement in Shangnan County
摘要
Abstract
Based on the research results of migrant relocation performance evaluation,this paper chose Shangnan county of Shaanxi province as the research object,used the comprehensive benefit as the target layer,took the economic benefit,social benefit and environmental benefit as the criterion layer,and constructed the performance evaluation system of resetdement engineering by selecting 27 evaluation indexes.Through questionnaire survey and interviews,by adopting the method of qualitative analysis combined with quantitative analysis,the author measured and analyzed the evaluation value and evaluation level of each evaluation index.The results indicated that:for the resettlement engineering in Shangnan county,the evaluation level of economic benefit was "general",the evaluation level of social benefit was "excellent",the evaluation level of environmental benefit was "good",and the comprehensive benefit evaluation level was "good".关键词
