盐胁迫对不同品种甜高粱种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响

Abstract
The effects of salt stress on the seed germination and seedling physiological characteristics of introduced 10 sweet sorghum varieties were studied. The results indicated that different concentrations of NaCl stress had significant effects on the seed germination potential,germination rate and seedling SOD,POD and CAT activities of sweet sorghum. When the concentration of NaCl stress increased,both the germination potential and the germination rate decreased gradually,and the activity of SOD and CAT in seedlings of different varieties all revealed the trend of increasing first and then decreasing. When the concentration of NaCl stress was 100~150 mmol/L,the activity of both SOD and CAT was the highest,while the change in POD activity in differ-ent varieties under NaCl stress was different. Along with the increase in the concentrations of NaCl stress,the MDA content in seedlings of different sweet sorghum varieties all showed an increasing trend,and there was no significant difference in MDA con-tent among different salt stress treatments.关键词
