百色桑枯萎病病原菌的分离与鉴定
Isolation and Identification of Pathogens Causing Mulberry Wilt Disease in Baise of Guangxi
摘要
Abstract
Through the method of tissue isolation,two pathogenic bacterial strains PB0102 and PS0202 were isolated from the stem of wilted mulberry plants in Longlin county,Baise city. By pathogenicity test,cultivation trait observation,common phys-iological and biochemical test,16S rDNA sequence determination and phylogenetic analysis of the isolated pathogens,PB0102 and PS0202 were identified as Enterobacter cloacae and Enterobacter asburiae,respectively.关键词
