摘要

Abstract

This paper reviews the development and working principle of microscopic scanning electrochemical microscopy.The applications of the technology are then analyzed,for example,in the fields of biology (imaging of Chloroplast and cancer cell DNA),power (new energy battery interface response) and metal corrosion (corrosion mechanism of stainless steel,magnesium aluminum alloy and failure behavior of coatings).The development of micro-area scanning electrochemical technology is expected to promote the development of new industry chain.
