改性树脂CB-ACT富集离子型稀土矿浸出液实验研究

Abstract
The modified resin CB-ACT was synthesized and used to adsorb RE3+ and Al3+ from the leaching solution in the Φ15 mm×130 mm adsorption column.The factors,including the initial solute concentration,the liquid flow rate,and the adsorption temperature were examined to develop a process for adsorbing RE3+ and Al3+ from the leaching solution in the dynamic adsorption experiment.The results show that the optimal conditions for the dynamic adsorption are initial solute concentration of 4 g/L,liquid flow rate of 4 mL/min,adsorption temperature of 308 K.Secondly,in order to selectively separate Al3+ from the resin which adsorbed RE3+ and Al3+,the 0.8 mol/L M(OH)n solution is used to elute the saturated adsorption resin.Under the optimum elution conditions,the ratio of Al2O3/REO in desorption solution can be as low as 0.34 %,and the aluminum has been basically removed completely.关键词
