临床疑难配血相关因素分析与应对措施探讨

Abstract
Objective To explore the related factors of clinical difficult blood matching and the countermeasures.Methods In our hospital during the period from January 2012 to January 2016 to receive the clinical data of 32 cases of clinical difficult blood matching patients were retrospectively analyzed.To analyze the factors of difficult blood matching and take the corresponding measures.Results The reasons of difficult blood matching in 32 cases including cold autoantibody in 5 cases,accounting for 15.62%,weakened ABO blood group antigens in 3 cases,accounting for 9.38%,ABO subtype in 3 cases,accounting for 9.38%,anti A,anti B antibody decreased in 2 cases,accounting for 6.25%,9 cases of irregular antibodies,accounting for 28.13%.The warm auto-antibody in 10 cases,accounting for 31.25%,of which reasons the warm auto-antibody accounting for the highest incidence,significant difference in the data(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical causes of difficult blood matching mainly include warm auto-antibody,irregular antibody and cold antibody and other reasons,to take corresponding measures according to the reasons,timely excluding related factors to ensure the successful operation and cross matching of blood transfusion safety.关键词
