Abstract
Objective To understand the main points of taking care of the drainage tube after CT guided drainage of the patients with lumbar tuberculosis and lumbar major muscle abscess.Methods 35 cases of spinal tuberculosis with lumbar major muscle abscess and para-vertebral abscess were analyzed retrospectively.The nursing methods of CT guided drainage and tubes after operation were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average follow-up time was 15 months(16-36 months),the drainage time was 3 weeks to 3 months,All 35 cases were clinically cured.Conclusion CT guided drainage in the treatment of tuberculosis with lumbar major muscle abscess proved safe and effective,proper nursing care of the drainage tube has a very important clinical significance on the outcome.关键词
