摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate and compare the clinical efficacy between MAP washed red blood cells and normal saline washed red blood cells.Methods Study on the changes of blood(hemoglobin,red blood cell count and hematocrit)and transfusion reactions before and after transfusion of MAP washed red blood cells and normal saline washed red blood cells.Moreover,comparing the clinical efficacy of the two kinds of washed red blood cells.Results There is no significant difference in blood changes and transfusion reactions before and after transfusion between the two kinds of washed red blood cells(P>0.05).Conclusion MAP washed red blood cells and normal saline washed red blood cells have the same clinical effect,but the storage time of MAP washed red blood cells is longer than normal saline washed red blood cells,and the application scope of MAP washed red blood cells is wider.关键词
