摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the short and long term survival of colorectal cancer patients after laparoscopic total mesorectal excision and its cellular immune function.Methods Selection of 84 cases of colon cancer patients admitted in our hospital in recent years,according to different divided the patients into two groups:treatment group total laparoscopic mesocolon treatment,control group treated by colon cancer radical.Comparison of two groups of patients survival rate and total mesocolon resection effects on patients with immune condition.Results The observation group curative effect,survival rate,and body state is superior to control group,(P<0.05).Conclusion The laparoscopic total mesocolon resection for colon cancer patients treated with popularization value.关键词
