摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the amiodarone in combination with lidocaine in acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular rhythm of the heart of the efficacy and safety.Methods 120 cases of myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into three groups,group A(lidocaine treatment group,n=40) and group B(propafenone treatment group,n=40),group C(amine iodone in combination with lidocaine treatment group,n=40),each group were given expansion crown,thrombolysis,suit the conventional treatment,and on this basis and with anti-arrhythmic drugs,observation curative effect and safety of groups.Results The total effective rate of group C,the incidence of ventricular fibrillation compared with group A and group B difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the mortality of the group C compared with group A difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference compared with group B(P>0.05);Group C of the incidence of mild adverse reaction and severe adverse reactions compared with group A and group B difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined lidocaine treatment of acute myocardial infarction complicated with ventricular arrhythmia efficacy and safety of better than lidocaine and propafenone,can be widely used in clinical.
