Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum(1,3)-β-D-glucan(G test) combined with galactomannan antigen(GM test) in invasive fungal infection(IFI).Methods A total of 139 inpatients with invasive fungal diseases were enrolled in the Department of Hematology,ICU and Pulmonary Diseases from June 2016 to February 2017.G test,GM test and joint test were used to detect the samples respectively.According to the diagnostic criteria to determine whether it is the diagnosis of invasive fungal disease(IFD) or not.Furthermore,the sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),false positive rate,false negative rate and Youden index were calculated respectively.Results The sensitivity of serum G test combined with GM test was 90%,which was higher than that of G test and GM test(67% / 63%)(P<0.05).The specificity of the joint test was 97%,which was higher than G test and GM test(90% and 79%)(P<0.05).The PPV,NPV and Youden index of the joint test were higher than those of single test,while the false positive rate and false negative rate of the combined test were lower than the false positive rate and false negative rate of single test.Conclusion Both serum G test and GM test have high clinical value in the diagnosis of IFI,and the combined detection of both test is more propitious to the early diagnosis of IFD.关键词
