Abstract
Objective To study the nickel titanium wire combination backward curve correction moderate clinical analysis of double arch thrust forward.Methods Selecting and zhangbei county in our hospital between January 2012 and January 2016 column adult permanent teeth 50 patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward as the research object,in patients with oral health is good,and no periodontal disease.Were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=25).Observation group based on nickel titanium silk pour qu malocclusion,control group adopts different openbite malocclusion bow.On two groups of patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward after treatment the clinical effect of comparative analysis.Results After treatment,the observation group of patients recovery time of occlusion and malocclusion treatment significantly shorter than the control group.Observe clinical therapeutic effect,chew score,VSA score were significantly better than the control group.Differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with moderate double dental arch thrust forward,using nickel titanium silk by leaning curve correction after compared with different openbite malocclusion bow technique can effectively improve the success rate of malocclusion,shorten the treatment time,patients feel comfortable,the pain is small,high safety coefficient,the effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.关键词
