摘要

Abstract

Using the methods of chemical analysis, optical microscopy, XRD, EPMA, and MLA, the process mineralogy of rubidium deposit in Guobaoshan, Ganshu province were studied.The result shows that the Guobaoshan rubidium deposit is albitization granite type rubidium deposit.Rubidium is mainly present in zinnwaldite and potassium feldspar with the Rb2O grade of 0.13%.While lithium is mainly present in zinnwaldite with the Li2O grade of 0.10%.The main gangue minerals are albite and quartz.It is found that the primary reasons for unsatisfactory flotation are the disperse of the useful elements, the high content of albite and the similar floatability to potassium feldspar.
