摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Plank-Rychlo-ultrasonic decalcified method on HE color of rats'' teeth and periodontal tissue united sections.Methods:Thirty health rats'' tissue samples were randomly divided into three groups,and were decalcified by Plank-Rychlo-ultrasonic,Plank-Rychlo and 5％ nitric acid,respectively.All of the samples were observed with microscope after HE staining.Results:Decalcification time of the three groups were 4～5 days of group A,8～9 days of group B and 5-6 days of group C,respectively.The HE staining result of group A and group B were with good effect of HE staining,and group C was the last choice with the regard of poor staining intensity and contrast.Conclusion:Plank-Rychlo-ultrasonic decalcified method is more suitable for rats'' teeth and periodontal tissue united sections due to well-distributed and high speed decalcification.关键词
