口腔黏膜下纤维化患者血清微量元素分析
Analysis of serum trace elements in patients with oral submucous fibrosis

Abstract
Objective:To detect the expression of trace elements(iron,magnesium,copper and zinc)in serum of patients with oral submucous fibrosis,and to analyze the influence of age on trace elements.Methods:A total of 73 clinic patients,clinical and pathological grades II of OSF,were detected serum levels of trace elements(iron,magnesium,copper and zinc)which were later compared by age of 20～30,30～40,over 40,and 20 healthy volunteers were chosen as control group in our hospital physical examination center.Results:Serum iron levels were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.05),while serum magnesium,copper and zinc levels had no significant difference in both the groups(P＞0.05).There were no significant difference among the serum levels of trace elements(iron,magnesium,copper and zinc)of all the age groups(P＞0.05),and the abnormal rate of every age group in the same way(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Serum iron levels of patients with OSF were high,suggesting that we should pay close attention to the change of serum iron levels,and combine with the results of hemorheology and anemia morphology,to provide a more reasonable reference for treatment.关键词
