Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristic of the sleep quality of soldiers and officers during different training time on the plateau.Methods Three hundred and forty soldiers and officers were collected by the cluster random sampling,and were investigated by the Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) before the training,at the first month of trainning,at the third month of trainning and one month after training, 153 persons completed all the four investigations,and the results were analysised.Results (1) More than 7 scores of PSQI was used as the standard to determine the sleep problems,the proportion of sleep problems was highest during the first month of training,which showed a trend of increasing firstly and decreased then.(2)Compared to the scores of PSQI of the soldiers and officers who were before the training,the first month,the third month of training and one month after the training had significant differences except the subjective sleep quality,in addition,sleep latency,sleep duration and daytime dysfunction were significantly lower while sleep disturbance and sleeping medication were significantly higher(P<0.05-0.01).(3)The total scores of PSQI,the factor scores of subjective quality,sleep disturbance,and sleeping medication during four times showed a trend of increasing firstly and decreased then which likes an inverted letter of "V".Conclusions The training on the plateau can affect the sleep quality of the soldiers and officers, resulting in the decline of the overall sleep quality.With the changes of training time,the influences are different.关键词
