摘要

Abstract

In order to research the water physiological characteristics of the reclamation vegetation pure Robinia pseudoacacia forest in Haizhou Mining Dumping,the transpiration rate and the water potential in branches and leaves of Robinia pseudoacacia were separately measured by rapid weighing method and pressure chamber method while the relative water content and water saturation deficit of leaves were obtained by drying method.Temperature,humidity,light intensity and wind speed meteorological indexes,meanwhile,were measured.The research results show that the characteristic curve of the transpiration rate presents a double-peak trend,which is ranged from 158.441 0 g.kg-1.h-1 to 275.4 151·g·kg-1.h-1 and reaching the peak values at 11:00 and 5pm.Trends of the water potential and the relative water content of leaves are the same,which are higher at 7:00 and 15:00 and lower at 11:00 and 17:00.Their average changing ranges are respectively-1.49~-1.27MPa and 71.73%~80.04%,which are opposite to the trend of the relative water rate.The water potential is extremely significant correlation with illumination intensity and the relative water content and water saturation deficit are significant correlation with water saturation deficit.
