现代月季6个表型性状和SSR标记的关联分析
Association Analysis of Six Phenotype Traits and SSR Markers in Modern Roses

Abstract
Association analysis between molecular markers and six complex quantitative traits including fragrance,velour,leaf texture,leaf length,leaf width,and flower diameter were carried out in 80 modern roses varieties collected in our study,for which the correlations between each trait were analyzed by SPSS software procedure.The result showed that the significant correlations were detected between leaf texture and leaf width (R =-0.370,P ＜0.01),leaf length and leaf width (R =0.917,P ＜0.01),leaf width and flower diameter (R =0.561,P ＜ 0.01),leaf length and the flower diameter(R =0.558,P ＜ 0.01).The average values of alleles number and PIC of 24 microsatellite loci were 11.42 (2 ～ 31) and 0.70.The heterozygosity was from 0 to 0.98 in modern roses,which showed the abundant genetic variations in the group tested.The association between phenotype traits and SSR markers were analyzed by Powermarker software procedure,and SSR markers associated with six traits were successfully found.关键词
