甜高粱茎秆总RNA提取方法的比较
Comparison and Analysis of the Methods of RNA Isolation From Sweet Sorghum Stems
摘要
Abstract
Sweet sorghum is a kind of promising energy crops.There are large amounts of juice andrich in pol ysaccharides and polyphenols in fresh stem of sweet sorghum,so it is very difficult to obtain high quality total RNA by common RNA extraction methods from the fresh stem.In this study,the total RNA of Rio stem was extracted by Trizol method,SDS method,modified CTAB method and RNAiso method respectively.The results showed that the total RNA extracted usingRNAiso method is of high quality and good integrity,and can be used directly for subsequent experiments such as database construction and transcriptome sequencing.关键词
