肌内效贴配合关节松动术治疗老年非特异性下腰痛患者的临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Kinesio Taping Combined with Joint Mobilization on Elderly Patients with Non-specific Low Back Pain

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of kinesio taping (KT) combined with joint mobilization (JM) on elderly patients with non-specific low back pain.Methods 31 elderly patients with non-specific low back pain were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group (n =18) and control group (n =13);routine physical therapy was performed on patients in both groups while KT combined with JM was added to patients in observation group;before treatment and 1 week after treatment,back flexion and extension muscle peak torque (PT),visual analogue scale (VAS) and Oswestry pain & disability questionnaire (OPDQ) were made to all the patients.Results 1 week after treatment,the PT values,the scores of VAS and OPDQ of the patients in both groups were much superior to those before treatment (P＜0.05,P＜0.01);the PT values of the patients in observation group increased much more while the scores of VAS and OPDQ dropped down much more than those in control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions KT combined with JM can make better improvement of symptoms and dysfunction in elderly patients with non-specific low back pain.关键词
